Terms a sales pro can actually read.

These are the rules of the road for using LeaderHQ. We wrote them in plain English so you don’t need a paralegal on retainer to sign up — but they’re still a real contract, so read them carefully.

Effective: June 15, 2026

This page is a plain-language summary of the contract that governs your use of LeaderHQ. It is not a substitute for legal advice. If you need a counter-signed copy for procurement or your legal team, email legal@leaderhq.io.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and LeaderHQ, a division of Know Freedom Technologies (“LeaderHQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing leaderhq.io, or using any LeaderHQ product — including LeaderLeads, LeaderCal, LeaderStreams, and LeaderAffiliate — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you’re accepting on behalf of a company, team, or upline organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” means both you and that entity. If you don’t agree to these Terms, don’t use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use LeaderHQ. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account, including activity by anyone you share credentials with. Keep your password private, use a strong unique one, and turn on multi-factor authentication where we offer it.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current — especially your email address, since that’s how we send security notices and billing receipts. Tell us right away at security@leaderhq.io if you suspect any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

LeaderHQ is built for legitimate network-marketing leaders and their teams. You agree not to:

  • Use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or anything that violates the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or any other applicable communications law.
  • Upload contact data you don’t have permission to use, or scrape data from third-party platforms in violation of their terms.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Interfere with, overload, or probe the service’s infrastructure, or attempt to access another customer’s account or data.
  • Use LeaderHQ to harass, defame, or harm any person, or to store unlawful, infringing, or sexually explicit material involving minors.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without a written agreement from us.

We may suspend or terminate access — with or without notice — to protect the service, our other customers, or third parties.

4. Subscription, billing, and refunds

LeaderHQ is sold as a recurring subscription. When you start a paid plan you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method the plan price plus any applicable taxes on the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings or by emailing billing@leaderhq.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term; you keep access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and we don’t pro-rate unused time on monthly plans. Annual plans canceled in the first 30 days are eligible for a full refund.

We may change pricing or plan features at any time. For existing paid subscribers, price changes take effect at the start of your next renewal term, and we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any increase.

5. Intellectual property

LeaderHQ, the LeaderHQ name and logo, the LeaderLeads, LeaderCal, LeaderStreams, and LeaderAffiliate marks, the software, the documentation, and everything else we make available through the service are owned by Know Freedom Technologies or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.

You retain all rights in the content you upload — your contacts, notes, comp-plan data, branding, and team data (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the service for you. We don’t sell Your Content, and we don’t train shared AI models on it.

Feedback you send us about the product is non-confidential, and we may use it without obligation to you.

6. Warranties and disclaimers

We work hard to keep LeaderHQ reliable, secure, and accurate — but to the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. LeaderHQ’s suggestions about who to call and what to do are informational — you are responsible for your own business and compliance decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will LeaderHQ, Know Freedom Technologies, or our officers, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of those damages.

Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using LeaderHQ and close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we’re required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. We’ll give you reasonable notice except where doing so would compromise security, the service, or other customers.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. You can request an export of Your Content for up to 30 days after termination; after that we may delete it, subject to legal retention requirements. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and these survival terms) will survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you and LeaderHQ each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
